Sam has over 33 years of experience in sales and customer service with 17 of those as a consultant. Prior to opening her business in 1991, Sam managed Citicorp Mortgage?s Relocation Call Center.
Sam helps her clients select the right telesales reps, customer service reps, sales staff, and management personnel for the job using state-of-the-art pre-hire selection and post-hire coaching tools delivered via the Internet.
